Abstract | The NOXCB package is an optimization code for the Nonlinear Network flow problem with Linear side Constraints
(NNLC). It is based on an active set method which exploits the network structure through primal partitionning techniques. This paper presents the results arising from the solution of a set of about 100 (NNLC) problems, ranging from medium to large scale. |
