Bachelor's degree in computer science from UPC, 1990. PhD in Computer Science from the UPC, 1997. Full-time Assistant Lecturer from 1992 to 2001. Currently, I am a Tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Statistics and Operations Research at the UPC.
My line of research focuses on: a) use of ICT-based educational platforms; b) optimization models to solve controlled tabular adjustment problems; c) statistical aspects related to the healthcare environment, particularly in relation to clinical trials.
I belong to the research group GNOM (Group of Numerical Optimization and Modelling).
