The favoured topics of my research work are related to statistical analysis of textual data and mixed textual, categorical and quantitative data through multidimensional statistics, mainly correspondence analysis and clustering methods. Methodological innovations are offered and new applications domains are explored.

The mixed data lead to consider multiple tables, to define partition structures on rows and columns of the data table or to resort to linearly constrained correspondence analysis.

Data issued from open-ended questions in surveys and verbalization tasks in sensorial tests naturally are coded into to mixed complex data and structures and give rise to promising issues.

Statistical approach to argumentative texts ‒ legal closing speeches in trials, political speeches or debates, etc. ‒ is a recent challenge with the aims to uncover rethorical rules and build assessment tools.

A relevant place is given to the integration of the methods in a free software such as R.
